Taapsee’s Wedding is a Surprise!
Actor Taapsee Pannu reportedly exchanged vows with her longtime boyfriend, badminton player Mathias Boe, in an intimate ceremony held in Udaipur on Saturday, March 23.
Apparently, the couple had been dating a decade since they decided to take their relation to the next stage.
Despite the event being kept under wraps, news of their marriage surfaced on social media two days later.
While the couple has yet to confirm the reports to the media, several guests who attended the private affair have shared snapshots of the celebrations online.
Intimate Ceremony: No photos of the couple
Although the images do not feature the bride and groom, they offer a glimpse into the joyous atmosphere at the picturesque venue in Udaipur.
The wedding festivities, commencing on Wednesday, were said to be attended by the couple’s close friends and family members.
A close source reveals “The wedding took place in Udaipur and was an extremely intimate affair. The pre-wedding festivities kick-started on March 20.
Both are quite reserved and private in nature, and it’s evident that they preferred to maintain discretion regarding their nuptials.
Snaps from Guests Surface
According to the report, the wedding event did not witness the presence of many Bollywood celebrities.
However, Taapsee’s co-star from “Dobaaraa” and “Thappad,” Pavail Gulati, graced the occasion alongside Anurag Kashyap, who shares a close relationship with Taapsee.
Anurag has directed Taapsee in films such as “Manmarziyaan” and “Dobaara,” and also produced “Saand Ki Aankh.”
Additionally, Kanika Dhillon and her husband, Himanshu Sharma, were reported to have attended the event.
Recently, Kanika shared several images on her Instagram account, showcasing herself adorned in a pink and silver ensemble while posing outdoors.
Kanika used the hashtag #MereYaarKiShaadi and public speculate thet the shared images are from Taapsee’s wedding.
Pravail’s Post Reveals Details
Pavail recently shared a snap on Instagram featuring Taapsee’s sister Shagun Pannu and cousin Evania Pannu, along with Abhilash Thapliyal and badminton player Chirag Shetty, all dressed in traditional Indian attire and posing in front of black curtains and chandeliers.
He and the other guests are seated on stairs illuminated with strings of lights.
His caption echoed the sentiment of the previous post, reading, “Twinkle twinkle little star, we have no idea where we are!” In the comments, Abhilash wrote ‘IYKYK’, while others congratulated the couple on their wedding.
Fans on Reddit speculated that it was Taapsee’s wedding based on the attendees.
One user commented on the inside photo, “Mathias Boe is the coach of Satvik and Chirag who are attending some wedding in which Tapasee’s sister is also there.”

Taapsee recently graced the runway as the showstopper for designers Gauri & Nainika during the fourth day of the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW).
She donned an elegant all-black velvet off-shoulder mermaid gown for the occasion.
Pan is set to appear in the upcoming thriller film “Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba,” alongside Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal.
The movie, which also features Jimmy Shergill in a prominent role, is a sequel to “Haseen Dilruba,” which debuted on Netflix in July 2021.
“Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba” is scheduled to stream on Netflix, although the official release date has not yet been announced.
